Safety is a top priority for all club members. All members are encouraged to report safety concerns to the safety officer or another board member.
The safety officer is responsible for approving overnight or cross country reservations. All members must submit a flight plan to the safety officer (or another board member in his absence) prior to departing on the trip. Click here for more information on making a cross country request. A member may have up to 2 cross country requests on the schedule at any time. Cross country reservations do not count toward the maximum prime time reservation limit. Reservations may be submitted up to six months prior to the departure date. Refer to the club operating procedures for more information. Club aircraft cannot be used for Boeing business travel per Boeing policy.
